Check Out Time is 11:00 AM. All late checkouts must be pre-approved. All fees must be kept current.
Sites and Parking – One RV is allowed per site. A neat and orderly appearance is required of all RV spaces at all times. Satellite dish must stay on concrete pad. No skirting, no storing of appliances outside of RV, no clotheslines, no sheds, no fire pits, no permanent steps, and no automotive repairs are allowed. There is no parking on the streets.
Sewer Connections – Sewer hoses must be on a sewer rack or otherwise protected. They must be up off of the ground to allow for maintenance. All sewer connections must be tight.
Sprinklers – An underground sprinkler system is in use throughout the park. No stakes are permitted.
Pets – Small pets allowed; no attack breeds. Pets must be quiet, under control, and on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. No pets are to be left unattended outside of RV or vehicles at any time. Animal Laws are strictly enforced. Pets are not allowed in or around the buildings or pool area.
Children – Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children at all times. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when using the restroom or laundry room facilities. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the recreation hall without immediate adult supervision. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the pool area without immediate adult supervision.
Speed Limit is 10 mph. Please drive safely.
All facilities provided are to be used at your own risk. They are furnished solely for the convenience of RV guests. The owner/management will not be responsible for accidents, injury or loss of property due to fire, theft, or act of God. The management reserves the right to make changes to the Rules and Regulations.
